Laura Harvey is a Payroll Implementation Specialist at PayCaptain. She first began working in payroll in 2014 and, after time spent travelling and raising a family, she returned to the profession in 2022.
Before joining PayCaptain, Laura was an Implementation Consultant for two and a half years. In that role, she developed her expertise in payroll systems and customer onboarding, building strong knowledge of both process and technology.
At PayCaptain, Laura manages implementation projects from end to end. This includes documenting payroll requirements, configuring the system, working with tech teams on integrations, preparing data for parallel runs and supporting customers through their first live payroll.
