How does this integration work?

Once Grateful calculates and distributes the gross tips to employees, the data is forwarded to PayCaptain for processing along with the rest of their income. Taxes on TRONC and other earnings are calculated each pay period and deducted from the final net pay. This ensures that employees can view all their income and TRONC on a single payslip, while companies can rest assured they are compliant with TRONC and PAYE regulations.
