Jackie Barrett

Jackie Barrett is a Payroll Specialist at PayCaptain. She holds an AAT payroll qualification and has been working in the industry since 2010, after starting her career in accounts. With over a decade of payroll experience, Jackie has developed a strong reputation for accuracy, compliance and delivering excellent service.

Before joining PayCaptain, Jackie spent 15 years with two international payroll providers, managing a wide range of clients and payroll processes. During this time she built and developed her knowledge of payroll operations and customer service.

At PayCaptain, Jackie looks after customers and their employees, ensuring payroll is accurate and paid on time. Her role covers payroll, pensions, root cause analysis, problem solving and providing support wherever it’s needed.
